A doula is more than just a birth companion—they’re a calming presence, a steady hand, and an empowering guide throughout the journey of pregnancy, labor, and birth. Trained to offer continuous, personalized support, doulas provide physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and informed guidance every step of the way. Their care often begins well before the first contraction and can extend far into the postpartum period, helping families navigate the joys and challenges of new parenthood. From modern certifications to time-honored traditional practices, the world of doula care is rich with diversity, offering a wide range of approaches and philosophies to meet each family’s unique needs.

The Seed
This Seed is an essential package which provides continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support during labor and delivery at your location of choice and includes the following:

One virtual or in person meeting to discuss your birth plan, comfort measures, and any details to help your birth go smoothly (up to 90 minutes)

Virtual support via phone, email, and texting throughout pregnancy

24/7 on call availability from 38 weeks till you give birth

Continuous in-person physical, emotional, and spiritual support during active labor and delivery of your baby.

Up to two hours postpartum care to help establish breastfeeding and transition as a family.
This package is ideal for families who have given birth in the past but desire to have additional support during labor and delivery.

This Bloom package includes everything in The Seed package as well as:

An additional prenatal appointment (totaling two) to discuss the topic of your choosing with accompanying resources (up to 90 minutes): body preparation, understanding labor and delivery, or breastfeeding + postpartum preparation

One postpartum visit in your home to assist with your transition. Includes a discussing your birth story, breastfeeding support, and providing resources and support to help you transition.

A postpartum meal and gift.

Virtual support for up to six weeks postpartum.
